There is a no refund policy on handmade and/or personalised items.

Please choose carefully as we normally do not give refunds for change of mind or an error once order is placed. If you notice an error please contact us ASAP to see if we can resolve your request. All items are inspected carefully before shipping . If you receive an item that is faulty please contact us ASAP so we can arrange either a replacement, credit or exchange.
